Local Leads LLC will honor Clients’ request to consider a lead duplicate, or invalid/bogus. All requests for duplicate, invalid-bogus leads must be received within two (2) business days from the clients receipt of the duplicate, invalid / bogus lead.

We make returning leads a simple process. If you get an invalid or fake lead, you can return it within 2 business days if it meets any of the following conditions: 1) all phone numbers and email addresses provided are disconnected or fake, 2) the lead is a duplicate previously received from Local Leads LLC, 3) the contact information is invalid/bogus. Each lead returned for credit will be checked to ensure it meets the above criteria.
